The 100 days Fasting and Praying is a spiritual challenge. When we expect God to do something great in our lives, we challenge ourselves to do something spiritually great that we have never done before. This is not a compulsory act. Only those capable of this are invited to join. 

This is a dry fast. Participants are encouraged to break after 1pm or till when they are capable of breaking after 1pm. Keep to a time and be consistent with it throughout the entire fasting period.
